The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in FWB, Mrs Valérie Glatigny, also wished to support the C2W project

C2W is part of the development of networks of excellence known as the 3 I’s: International – Interdisciplinary – Intersectoral.

The 30 researchers who will be invited to the University of Namur and the University of Mons over the next 5 years will bring their knowledge and will be able to develop their careers in Wallonia.

They will form the cornerstones of strong partnerships, whether they stay or go.

These partnerships are essential to maintain quality research in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, but also to make the funding applications submitted by our researchers to the Horizon Europe programme more robust. In the difficult budgetary context of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, we cannot do without them.

The future of our research and therefore of our society depends on it.

Come 2 | Connect with Wallonia is a European postdoctoral program based on incoming mobility (Marie Skłodowska Curie COFUND action – Grant agreement No 101034383) open to all research fields.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska Curie grant agreement No 101034383
